A judge has ordered a fan who says he has a "metaphysical" connection with Blake Lively to stay away from the Gossip Girl star. Sergei Mifle, a Russian immigrant living in New Jersey, has repeatedly tried to contact Lively, pestered her mom about his concerns that she's going "the way of Lindsay Lohan," and even lurked around at a GG shooting location, making the actress feel "nervous and afraid."
After the latter stunt, Lively took legal action and a Los Angeles County Court judge granted her a restraining order against the potentially dangerous fan. The New York Daily News caught up with Mifle, who sounded decidedly stalker-like in his response.
"I don't want to get arrested. But the restraining order is ridiculous," he said. "I will stay away, but there will come a time when I'm going to need her. I just want to talk to her. I like her very much."

Mifle originally contacted Elaine Lively, Blake's mother, explaining he was "deeply concerned" about the actress, eventually leaving her a voicemail saying Blake should contact him "before it's too late."
"If she's afraid she I promise, I promise, I will um act, act very, very peacefully, and uh she'll just have a, she'll just have a wonderful time," a transcript of the voicemail made public in the court records reads.
Mifle's latest quotes don't do much to help his case, either.
"I don't know her personally, but I know her, and I don't want to see her go the way of Lindsay Lohan," he told NYDN. "Her mind seems set on self-destruction."
The restraining order dictates that Mifle must not come within 100 yards of Blake, her mother or the Gossip Girl set.
